As a seasoned Brand Marketing & Communications expert, Social Impact Advocate, and Program Management specialist, I bring nearly two decades of experience in building impactful brands and driving developmental programs across diverse sectors.

My career is dedicated to crafting meaningful narratives and fostering connections that inspire growth and positive change. I believe in the transformative power of storytelling to elevate organizations and communities. My passion lies in helping organizations leverage on their mission to develop their narratives in ways that resonate uniquely with their target audiences and position them for greater impact.

By harnessing my program management expertise, I design, execute, and evaluate developmental programs that drive social impact, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Professional Highlights

Consultant(Project Facilitator WAGE Program) - African Women's Alliance of Waterloo Region

Spearheading the strategic direction of the Women and Gender Equality (WAGE) program, developing a results-driven framework with clear milestones and KPIs. Also, fostering stakeholder collaboration, leading capacity-building on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), and shaping a multi-cultural GBV strategy whilst overseeing data management and resource curation to drive informed decision-making and program success.

Brand Marketing & Program Manager - Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc (FMN)

Led impactful marketing and communications campaigns across diverse channels, ensuring brand consistency and strong stakeholder engagement. Documented and managed value chain development initiatives, including FMN Agro’s brand integration across 10 subsidiaries and the creation of a digital community with over 50,000 subscribers. Secured a $1 million USAID grant for agricultural programs, resulting in promotion to Extension Services & Knowledge Management Manager. Coordinated national COVID-19 protective supplies distribution during the pandemic, earning high leadership recognition, and co-led the FMN Prize for Innovation to support sustainability-focused entrepreneurs in Nigeria's food value chain.

Chairperson FMN Women's Network (2023 - 2024)

I spearheaded initiatives aimed at empowering women within the organization and advancing gender equity. My role included strategic planning, fostering a supportive environment for female employees, and driving programs that addressed key issues affecting women in the workplace. Under my leadership, the Network received special recognition from the International Finance Corporation (IFC) for advancing women’s empowerment and for championing childcare initiatives through the "Nigeria2Equal (N2E)” program. I also advocated for policies that promoted leadership opportunities and provided resources for women’s professional development, contributing to a more inclusive workplace culture.

Director, Communications - 1 Million Teachers

Managing communications, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships for the 1MT program, ensuring clear and compelling messaging that aligned with its mission. I led the creation of the draft 1MT Chronicles, which documented the program’s journey, impact, and milestones, creating a powerful narrative to engage supporters.

Director, Engagement - HH Muhammad Sanusi II (MSII) SDG Initiative

His Highness Muhammad Sanusi II, 14th Emir of Kano & UN Advocate of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in partnership with 1 Million Teachers launched the annual MSII SDG Challenge in 2021. The aim of this challenge is to catalyze and empower teachers in developing innovative community projects focusing on SDG 4 – Quality Education, and SDG 5 – Gender Equality.

I played a key role in establishing the Muhammad Sanusi II (MSII) SDG Challenge, a flagship education innovation program in partnership with 1 Million Teachers. I managed communications, stakeholder engagement, and partnerships, driving global collaborations and organizing high-profile side events at the 78th UN General Assembly.

Advisor, UN SDG Advocate - HH Muhammad Sanusi II (Emir of Kano / Former CBN Governor)

Served as a strategic focal point, facilitating communication and coordination between the SDG Advocate and the UN Secretariat. Supporting HH Sanusi in driving impactful actions, fostering partnerships, and amplifying SDG initiatives at local, national, and global levels. My role was critical in ensuring alignment with the broader SDG agenda, advancing the implementation of the SDGs.

Marketing Consultant - Tomato Jos

The goal was to carve out a unique space and thrive by creating a memorable brand story that resonated with consumers. The focus was on showcasing the product’s quality and local roots, while developing a clear marketing strategy to stand out. This was achieved through targeted messaging and digital campaigns and trade marketing. I also project managed the New Product Development efforts.

Led the agency’s marketing and client account management efforts ensuring cross-functional team synchronization including Human Resource Management and project management to ensure delivery of quality results

Marketing & PR Officer - Food Concepts Plc.

I managed administrative functions and financial transactions in the marketing department, ensuring compliance and accuracy. I collaborated with PR firms to produce engaging editorials and maintained brand standards across various platforms. I orchestrated successful store launches for Chicken Republic and drove social media engagement, while also overseeing the organization’s internal newsletter.
